Representing Twincrest

The short rules, in plain English.

Four quick policies that cover almost everything you'll run into. When in doubt, ask in #comms on Slack or message @comms@twincrest.

Social media & advocacy

Updated Apr 2026

How to talk about Twincrest on LinkedIn, X, and other public channels.

Do
  • Identify yourself as a Twincrest employee on your profile and bio.
  • Stick to launched, public information. Posts in this app are pre-approved.
  • Add your own voice — quote a customer, share what you shipped, react to a launch.
  • Disclose financial stake when discussing partners or competitors (#ad, #partner).
Don't
  • Don't share roadmap, internal metrics, headcount plans, or pre-announcement news.
  • Don't engage publicly with competitors or critics — flag to comms@twincrest instead.
  • Don't use the Twincrest logo as your personal avatar or imply you speak for the company.
  • Don't post AI-generated content of identifiable customers without their written consent.

Brand & logo use

Updated Mar 2026

When and how to use the Twincrest wordmark, symbol, and color palette.

Do
  • Use the assets from the Assets tab — they're the only approved versions.
  • Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the 'T'.
  • Use the light symbol on dark backgrounds, dark symbol on light.
  • Credit Twincrest when reposting our images: 'Image courtesy of Twincrest.'
Don't
  • Don't recolor, rotate, stretch, or add effects (drop shadow, outline) to the logo.
  • Don't combine the Twincrest logo with another brand's logo without comms sign-off.
  • Don't generate fake Twincrest screenshots or product UI for posts.
  • Don't use the logo on merchandise outside the swag program.

Swag program

Updated May 2026

Who can request branded merch, where it can go, and what's covered.

Do
  • Request swag for conferences, customer meetings, ERG events, volunteer days, and team celebrations.
  • Submit at least 10 business days before the event for stocked items, 4 weeks for custom.
  • Up to $500 per request is auto-approved. Above that needs your manager's email approval.
  • Use Twincrest shipping addresses for bulk orders so items arrive together.
Don't
  • Don't request swag for resale, personal gifts unrelated to Twincrest, or political events.
  • Don't ship swag internationally without checking with people-ops@twincrest first (customs/tax).
  • Don't reorder the same kit within 30 days — check the Track tab and consolidate.
  • Don't print custom co-branded swag with a partner logo without legal review.
